Ryan & Sarah tied the knot Sunday at Tlaquepaque in Sedona. It was so much fun to be a part of my friends' wedding. Sarah & Ryan met through eharmony.com making them the 3rd couple brought together by eharmony whose wedding I've shot. And all three couples have been great together!

The day started out at Junipine with hair and make-up.
Here's a fun portrait of me and Sarah shot in the reflection of a product container:
Sarah's friend Allison did her make-up.
The unique dress:
This shot has been termed the "Statue of Liberty Shot." I like it :).

The beautiful bride:
Before the wedding we walked around Tlaquepaque getting some fun portraits with Sarah and Ryan. It's such a beautiful property with no end to fun places to shoot.

Things got a little hot and steamy:
Ryan's Honda Civic is his pride and joy. He named her "Oprah." And those who know him have to listen to him go on and on about how great she is. So he requested a shot with her. Sarah was visibly thrilled :).
The ceremony was in the little chapel that seats a maximum of 50 people. It was a tight squeeze but a beautiful setting.
During the ceremony Sarah took time to weave together three cords as a symbol of the verse in the Bible that says "a cord of three strands is not easily broken."
Man and wife!
I want to thank Kim Jarman for coming along and 2nd shooting with me, and her husband, Jamie, for assisting. You guys were awesome! Kim got these last two shots which I love.

The reception was in this beautiful courtyard at Tlaquepaque:
And Ryan's niece, Audrey--SUCH a cutie!!
On Sunday we were dealing with a 40% chance of rain all day but thankfully it held off until just after everyone finished eating at the reception. Then it let loose and POURED. Everyone ran for cover under the covered walkways and spent the rest of the evening hanging out there. You can see more of the fun by viewing the slideshow--click here!
