Mary - Melissa I had to laugh because every time someone says they are from Phoenix, I ask if they've hiked Camelback. Hiking this mountain may have singlehandedly ended a relationship. :) Or not, but close. Love your photos and your blog--truly inspiring to those of us who only pick up a camera on weekends.
martin - Ya, I understand trekking quite well and it is a lot of fun, too, takes the mind away and uplifts it to another dimension of just being away from it all, love it. I did quite a bit of that when I lived in Cabo and It was always inspiring, thanks for sharing, I don't know Phoenix at all, just the airport :( martin
Melissa - You look pretty great for having just climbed a mountain! I would have been a sweaty mess!
Danielle Panettiere - Awesome!!! I Still have yet to climb it. Its on my Bucket list. So glad you took time to enjoy it!!
Amber - You know Marcus and Gina?? They're awesome :)
Annemarie - This post reminds me of me and my challenges of the same. Something like that seems daunting, but you see others do it, know you can do it too, but it's just plain hard. Congrats on making it all the way to the top! The smile on your face shows that it was worth the accomplishment! :)
Rich Park - awesome job, congrats on making it up!
Lisa - Can't wait to read tomorrow's post (although it won't be the peak of pain until 2 days later) about how you can't use your quadriceps muscles. You know, the ones that help you get up and down off of the sofa, the toilet, things like that. Ask me how I know? ;o)
Mike - Great Job! Looks like you must be in great shape to do that. How fun.
Gina Meola - You're the best :)
Dallas Galbreath - Oh My!! This is the MOUNTAIN I have to hike up Saturday at 6:30am!! I don't have much time to make it b/f sunrise either... how long did it take you???
