Stacey Hemeyer - I have no words to express how that video made me feel. I have goose bumps and tears in my eyes. What an amazing story and what hope it gives to families of non-verbal children! Incredible!
maria Nissen - Thank you for sharing this. As I watched it, I kept thinking about Helen Keller. On the day she finally understood what was being signed to her by her teacher she was set free, just like Carly. She will undoubtedly go on to do many great things because of it.

Alice - This is an amazing story. I watched another story similar to this with Diane Sawyer. The kid wrote that she understood everything that was being said around her, but she just couldn't talk back. The sadness to think what people may have said in front of these children, thinking they didn't understand breaks my heart; and yet the hope these stories give rejuvenates it.
Desiree - It seems like Dr's are just SOOOO close to figuring out the causes and cure for autism, it must be frustrating for parents.
Elizabeth - Thank you for posting so much information about Autism. Not many people understand what Autism is and it's great to have people raise a voice about it.
