Barbara - That looks like fun! We took our 2 oldest daughters when I was pregnant with the youngest (she's 19 now) and they remember the day very fondly. The thing they talked about the most afterwards was when the elephant pee-d & they have a LOT of water in them! :)
martin zuckermann - ps. I absolutely LOVE the shot with the guy upside down suspended in mid-air, just beautiful and inspiring. The 50mm 1.2 is an awesome lens, no doubt. Long live Circuses like these, they bring so many smiles to kids who can't otherwise see these wonderful creatures. Martin
martin zuckermann - Hello Melissa, I've been having issues focusing with my 50mm 1.2 lens. I notice that it focuses a few feet before the subject. Example: I have a wonderful photograph of a dancer and while she twirls around and her skirt flies around, one can clearly see the edges of the skirt (I was 10 yards away) but the face is a little blurry. I always shoot at 1.2 aperture. I have a 50d Canon. I have had the issue repeated over and over and I'm frustrated. Any help?, could it be the camera not being good enough for the lens?, any help will be really appreciated. I only know 2 people who shoot constantly with the 50mm 1.2, you and Stacey Reeves but she's too busy now to reply :( Thanks a bunch! martin
Sabrina Mix - I'm sorry, Melissa, but I couldn't like this post. I can't believe that people still like to see animals on Circus. I'm really sorry.
