Karen (Mikols) Bonar - There's a book called "A Man, A Can, A Plan." .... and it sounds like this might be from it. If you're in a book store, pick it up and just flip through it. It's a hoot!
Kara Layne - TORTILLA SOUP! We love that one around here. Quick, easy and so delicious. We use pinto beans instead of black beans, but you're still cool :) Nice post, made me hungry :)
Brienne Michelle - Ok, want another super easy super lazy best recipe ever? Pumpkin Spice Muffins (great for fall). They're incredibly flavor-ful and super moist and people will think you spent hours or days perfecting the recipe. But it's literally 2 things. Literally.
Take one can of pumpkin pie filling, and one box of spice cake mix, stir 'em together in a bowl. Put 'em in a cupcake tin and back the way it says on the back of the spice cake box.
No joke - they're amazing. And, I believe, dairy-free. :)
Tanya Mills - Sorry for the multiple posts and omitting the URL!

Tanya Mills - Yay for lazy soup. Here's a delicious recipe for Taco Soup in the crockpot, which has basically the same skill level: open cans and dump!
miranda from charlotte - i just was thinking about your green smoothy the other day, and wondering how i would search for it on your blog... too funny! i'll share a cooking secret of mine with you and your readers - whenever i make food for someone, i always add a big plate of choc. chip cookies for dessert... well the cookies are actually the pre-made dough kind that you just spoon out onto a sheet and bake. i look for organic dough (not like your regular pillsbury or nestle toll house) in hopes that they've never had it before, and then i under-bake them by about half a minute so they're nice and chewy. technically not made from scratch, but no one knows the difference...! :)
Tina - YUM! Need to definately try! Avocado might be good to add to it or some corn??
Have you ever made DUMP cake? A firefighter told me how.
1)Can of fruit pie filling (apple is the best), dump it in a cake pan
2) Take a bag of yellow cake mix in a box and sprinkle it all over the top.
3) Cover with Butter pats and bake til strueselly on the top! Soooo good with ice cream!!
kelly a. - To this day, my dad still teases me about the time he called me up when I was in college, feasting on toast and a bag of skittles. I won't say whether I still enjoy this "meal" from time to time. But I will say this -- my toast and skittles makes your soup look downright gourmet :) Cheers to lazy cooks, I'm right there with you!!!!
Mary - Dear one, little Bird, this does inspire me to make you some pasta or Chicken Picatta. Perhaps in October?
Melissa - I just wrote a blog about my lazy cooking on a blog I contribute to called Seven Dames a Week called "the non-cook's shopping list" I can't cook AT ALL so I'm excited to try your soup because it looks like something I can handle...if you want some good easy ideas you can check out my post:
