sally - Welcome to my section of the world. Owen's restaurant is a great place to eat, while I'm not sure if they're open. Many businesses in the OBX close after Thanksgiving due to low traffic. If you head to Cape Hatteras to see the lighthouse, be sure you stop in Buxton to get some "apple uglies" at the Orange Blossom Bakery. Yes, they are ugly - but they are delightful!!! Be sure to climb Jockey's Ridge - the view is wonderful! Enjoy Melissa!
