The Unbride - I am terrible about deleting my emails...I need help.
Shannon S. - Hi friend! I've really enjoyed watching your email evolution on here. :) Here's a tip for your guilt about deleting: Create a standard email for photographers that ask questions. If a response to their question can be found on your blog, just refer them to the blog as your "formatted email response." And by the way, you're an amazing person and photographer who goes way above and beyond. Don't ever feel guilty because you already provide so much to others. Love you!
Jeff Krieger - I'd also check out the GTD (Getting Things Done) organizational system. You can check it out at 43folders.com. Also, a program I like a lot is called OmniFocus.
maile - Melissa, you are one of the most generous photographers i have ever come across. I don't think you need to make any excuses for not answering each inquiry. It's totally clear that you go way out of your way to help people...and that's not even your responsibility! So you go girl! I need to follow your lead, and delete half of the crap that's clogging up my system too. (and i'm not referring to photog inquiries here)...just to be clear. :)
Amanda Harris - I can't remember if I mentioned "Vitalist" in my comment on your email woes - it is my external to do list and I LOVE IT. Each day I have a daily digest emailed to me and that is how I know what I have to do all day :) Liana Lehman introduced me to it and it is just cool. Good luck ninja-ing :)
Tami - Thoughts... I think addressing all the common questions in your FAQ's is the best way to not be redundant in all the emails. You are one of a kind on your giving of advice. I know many photographers who don't even think twice before deleting. I'm thankful I've gotten to pick your brain at lunch.

Melissa Jill :) - Wow--no comments on this one, huh? Did I hit a nerve with the "deleting emails" comment? I promise I won't start going crazy deleting ALL your emails. I just want to give myself permission to do it once in awhile. Thoughts? Questions? Snide remarks?
