Jess Kornacki - Well, that was a wake up call. I need to sit down and really think about number one on the list. Defining the ultimate goal is a pretty tough question, but I do know that taking that time will be huge for my company.
Lynn Cobb - I love the part about "Don't check email before it's done" :)) Ha! Email is such the Black Hole of Time - where does the time go when you check email right? ...and yet so necessary for communication.
