amber - this is one of my all time favorite tips !! wow...way to make my life easy! one question though....when i've made another signature and then i use it...can can i also use my regular signature with name, website, etc? because when i use the "wedding inquiry" template, customize it for the client, then click back to my normal signature it takes away the first one. hmmmm. it seems i remember you clicking one then clicking the other and stacking on top of each other.
Melissa Jill - Hi Amber -- I'm thinking all mail programs might be different with this, but with Mac Mail, if you customize the first template after dropping it in (even just deleting a blank line), it will let you drop another one in without the first one disappearing.
angel - love this series Melissa! I use this same system but got frustrated that it is tied to one computer. I wish mac mail had an option to keep signatures synced (but there is not that I know of?) So recently I copied them all into google docs (annoying task) but now I have them when I need them on the go.
