I did have my off-camera flash set up for the exit. In this shot it's behind Kaitlyn and the guests along the right side. But I don't feel like I'm that great at sparkler exits -- haha! I shot these pretty much the same as what I do for the dance floor. Slower shutter speed if possible and then flash compensation set to +1 to overcompensate for the sparklers.
