I'm a newer photographer and currently working a Full time job as well so I need to be as organized as possible. 2014 business has tripled so far (which is still small but nice to see growth) and I want to be as organized as possbile but had no idea where to start. Melissa Jill - Hi Lisa -- I create my new calendar groups for iCloud (in iCal go to File>New Calendar>iCloud). And then control click on the new calendar name in the calendar list and go to "Get Info". There should be a color box there that you can click on and change.

lisa smiley - thanks for this series so much! I don't shoot weddings, but it helps with portrait sessions too! i have a new iMac and can only seem to get two colors on my calendar :( how do you get such a variety? thanks!

Britney Patterson - I use this on all my Apple products. Gotta love when technology syncs.
