angel - yep same question as Kristin, haven't had much luck with software applications for workflow so we have ours in a google doc (I too share it with an assistant.) But, still wish I had a better electronic system for this that would give automated reminders based on when things should be done. In general we have tried and failed to implement studio management software...
Melissa Jill - Good question Kristin! I know there are electronic ways of managing to do lists, but I have more success with the old fashioned paper format. But whatever works for you!
kristin - I love the idea of printing out a sheet for every single customer... have you tried doing this electronically, and if so, what was your experience? There are tons of software products out there that claim to do this, but I'm seriously so committed to my pen and paper that your method seems appealing...
