Karen (Mikols) Bonar - I love to do something similar, but it's a soup exchange. Get together 4 friends, and have a little party. The perk is that when you go home, you have dinner for a week .... and b/c life is so busy right now, who WOULDN't want dinner for a week? If you don't want to eat all of the soup at once, freeze it and pull it out when in a pinch (that's the story of my life lately!).
