Meridith - Love these photos! I visited Madrid while my sister was studying abroad there and loved the old, old buildings. At the time I just had a point and shoot and my photos don't do it justice. I will have to go back one day.

Melissa Jill - Hi Meghan! I used my Kelly Moore bag as a purse and just took my camera body with my 50mm 1.2 lens on it with me when we walked around that day. The rest of my gear was left in a storage locker at the airport. I did miss my 24mm 1.4, but it was nice to travel light.
meghan - can i ask what you used to carry your camera/lens around while touring? and for that matter, which lens(es) you took? i'm currently planning my honeymoon to thailand and am so torn on what lenses to take and what to carry them in so that i don't end up with a total backache!

Esther - Great pictures! FYI, the protest was about our own late dictator, Franco, who died 35 years ago and let many victims during the war in 1937 that still claim compensations.
