I love Andrew and Kate's story because it shows that beyond a doubt, they are meant to be together. They both attended the University of Arizona, but only knew of each other at the time. After graduation, Kate moved to Austin, and their paths crossed again -- this time in Kansas City while Kate was visiting friends and Andrew was visiting family. It was during a conversation they had there that Kate found out Andrew would be moving to Austin at the end of the summer for work. And the rest is history! I guess when your paths cross again and again in three different states, you start to pay attention to the cute person in front of you -- haha!
It was so much fun to get Kate and Andrew in front of my camera up in beautiful Sedona. We had quite an adventure -- driving about 30 minutes up one of the rockiest, roughest roads I've ever been on, before deciding the all-wheel drive Dodge crossover we were in didn't have enough clearance to make it the rest of the way to our destination. Thankfully we had plenty of time to turn around and find another gorgeous spot with beautiful views. Kate and Andrew were such great sports in the midst of the change of plans and I love the photos we ended up with!
