Saturday was Shannon & Greg's wedding. I love them to death--Shannon and I go way back. Despite my love, I do think there's a bit of crazy going on with their choice of wedding date and location. It was 111 degrees on Saturday!! Ahhh! And they got married outside at Seville Golf & Country Club. Despite the killer heat the day was amazing. And you would never be able to tell how hot it was from these photos. Shannon & Greg are so in love and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

The day started out at Shannon's mom's house with the girls getting ready. Shannon was my dream bride. She has actually assisted me at numerous weddings so she has learned a lot along the way. Check out this sign she posted on the outside of the door:
Love it!

Shannon's little dog Mattie enjoyed the festivities:
Shannon's dress was gorgeous:
Even before make-up Shannon was glowing. I love her eyes.
Shannon and Greg are both obsessed with the TV show "Friends" (I share the love) and actually bonded over their love for it when they first met. They constantly quote lines from it. In one episode, Phoebe is telling the group how lobsters mate for life. And she tells Rachel that Ross is "her lobster." Shannon's gift to Greg was a great watch but also this:
Shannon's friend Lindsay did her make-up.
Shannon had DVDs of "Friends" running in the background and Lana, one of the bridesmaids relaxed and watched an episode when she was ready to go. I got this fun shot of her with the fish-eye lens (her feet aren't that big in real life :))
Jason, Greg's best man, helped with the tie.
Greg sent Shannon over a sweet card and bracelet.
We did all the portraits before the wedding. I love this shot of Greg when he first saw Shannon:
Some fun portraits of the cute couple:
And one just of the beautiful bride:
Right before the ceremony the girls prayed for Shannon, her marriage and her upcoming move to Chicago:
Thankfully God supplied a cloud at just the right time for the ceremony. So it cooled down a bit and the light was gorgeous! Shannon giggled all the way down the isle.
The ceremony was so emotional. I cried too.
During the ceremony I turned around and saw this:
Love this shot after Shannon & Greg were pronounced husband and wife:
Thankfully the reception was inside. It was fun and the perfect ending to a great day. One last shot of the cute couple dancing:
