Tonight was our monthly PUG (Pictage User Group) meeting. For those of you who are new to the blog, this is a group of professional photographers, most of whom use Pictage, who meet on a monthly basis to talk all things photography and business. I have the pleasure of leading the Phoenix chapter. We have such a fun group and are constantly having new people join. I was struggling to come up with a local speaker for this month and so we ended up having a panel of five of us who answered any and every question people came up with--from why Jared has no hair to what type of marketing works best for us. It turned out to be a great night. The panel was made up of (from left to right)--me, Jared Platt, Kim Jarman, Stuart Thurlkill and Laura Siivola. And Aronda Martin was our colorful moderator:
She kept things moving and supplied some entertainment as well. Thanks to everyone who participated and to JT for taking these photos for us! As I've said many times here, networking with other photographers is such a rewarding and valuable experience for me. My business and my life are enriched every time we get together.

And just for fun -- a signature funny face from Stuart:
