If you've been following my blog since the Summer 2008 olympics you know I'm an Olympics FANATIC. It's not that I'm a huge sports fan. I know very little about half the sports they show. It's the thrill of watching dreams come true that gets me. Every. Time. That and the etherial background music. Another thing that gets me: seeing the heights of what the human body is capable of. It's awe-inspiring and jaw-dropping.
So I had great plans for the blog tonight. But instead I sat transfixed to the Opening Ceremony. If it wasn't for the wedding I'm shooting tomorrow I would be permanently affixed to my sofa for the next two weeks. Like that scene from FRIENDS where Joey and Chandler sit for days in their easy chairs and have food delivered in. That would be me. And I'm hoping to do a little of that in the next few weeks. Thank goodness for Tivo.
