On Wednesday Josh, Vanessa and I made the trek up to Sedona for their engagement shoot. I got to spend a solid 9 hours with these two and had so much fun getting to know them. Vanessa is a 5th grade teacher and Josh is a police officer for the city of Tempe. I totally admire them for how they both serve the community for a living. Josh and I had a fun time talking about the ticket I got recently. I was sitting at the railroad crossing on the intersection by my house and after the train passed, I was pulled over by a cop. I got an education in the form of being told I'm supposed to wait until the arm is FULLY raised and the lights stop flashing before proceeding over the tracks and.... a $210 ticket. Turns out Josh works with the railroad program that got me educated. I'm still trying to work out some sort of deal with him, but thought I'd share with you all so that you can be educated WITHOUT the steep fine. :)
