Last night I shot Adam and Marie's engagement photos at Adam's parents' home in Paradise Valley. It was a gorgeous location for a shoot and we had a great time.

Adam and Marie, like many of my couples, wanted to get a few shots with their "boys" -- their two Maltese puppies. I love it that I have clients who love their dogs as much as I love mine -- makes me feel validated :).
This home is amazing. There were so many things to work with just in the front yard alone.
Marie told me that when she and Adam first met, she beat him at arm wrestling. I thought we should have a rematch. Looks like nothing has changed!

I suggested that we do some shots with their feet in the pool. Adam took a little bit of coaxing but finally got his tootsies wet:
After the shoot was done, Nemo and Charlie just kept being so cute so I couldn't help but get a few more shots of them. They are quite the little models--definitely some of the most cooperative of the canine persuasion that I've shot :). I just know that Marie is going to love these photos with her boys:
Adam and Marie are getting married in April and it sounds like it's going to be an amazing wedding--can't wait!
