I made it through the torturous activity of packing (thank you for your amazing support Ashley & Mom!!) and am waiting to board my flight to Ireland in the Phoenix airport. Looks like my plane is getting stocked up with nasty airplane snacks. Not sure how they get away with putting the word "gourmet" on the side of the truck.
I am meeting up with friends in Europe but for this leg of the trip I am flying solo. So I look forward to spending some quality time with this guy--IF you know what I mean:
