This is my friend Michelle and her family who I am visiting in Charlotte. Michelle and I go back to 4th grade in Minnesota. It's the only year we went to school together and after that we have never lived in the same state. We were good pen pals and ever since we've been old enough, we've been visiting each other. I was in her wedding 10 years ago and now she has 4 kids! Whenever we see each other it's like no time has passed and I cherish her friendship.

Michelle and Brian just celebrated their 10 year anniversary so we had to do some photos with the two of them. I loved the trees and the light we had to work with:
Here's the whole cute family. Gavin is 8, Logan is 6, Rhiannon is 4 and Aiden is 2. They were SO well-behaved and cooperative, I was amazed.

What a great shoot! I'm wrapping up my trip and heading home on Wednesday. It's been so amazing and fun-filled but I'm also looking forward to going home!
