Little known fact: I shot the very first cover of Destination I Do Magazine published 14-some-odd-years ago. My friend Jennifer Stein started the magazine here in Phoenix right around the same time that I launched my wedding photography business, and I was thrilled to partner with her on some early shoots for the magazine.
Fast forward and guess whose wedding is featured in the Summer 2019 issue???

Jennifer has become a dear friend -- in fact we've been in a small group together for years -- and she included a sweet note about our history in her letter from the editor in this issue as well. She reminded me of how much life we've lived together: I photographed her destination wedding in 2005 (pre-blogging days), her son's newborn photos in 2011, and her brother's wedding in 2017. So needless to say, this is a full-circle moment for me. And SUCH an honor to be one of the few real weddings featured in the pages of this stunning magazine each year!
