As a wedding photographer, there are few things more inspiring and affirming than seeing a couple so in love that they can barely contain it! That's why I was delighted to be part of Brian & Lauren's wedding day. These two were absolutely effervescent with joy! Their happiness bubbled over into laughter during their portraits, and manifested as tears throughout their wedding ceremony. There was hardly a moment when they weren’t laughing or crying … or both at the same time!
Brian & Lauren's wedding was not only touching and joyous, but also incredibly personal. For example, when I shared Brian & Lauren's engagement shoot, I talked about how grilled cheese sandwiches had a meaningful place in their relationship history. They chose to share that memory with their wedding guests by serving grilled cheese at their reception. As the night drew to a close, they gathered their loved ones around a fire and led a sing-along. It was so fun and so very THEM!
