I recently headed up north for a weekend away with friends in the snow. It was quite an adventure as we had to figure out how to get up a 100 yard long driveway covered in 3 feet of snow to get to the home we were staying in. At one point we thought we might have to turn right back around and head back to Phoenix, but we ended up finding a slightly odd bloke with a plow on the front of his old pickup to give us a hand. After 3 hours of what can only be described as ramming his truck back and forth against giant banks of snow, we were in! I've never been more excited to be cozy and fireside in my life! haha!
We had absolutely no agenda for the weekend except to be together and I have so many amazing memories from it that I will always cherish: home-made grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, board games, great conversations, and of course as photographers it was our moral obligation to do a photo shoot in the snow! After all, it's SO PRETTY.
These are my dear friends Amy & Jordan. They've been together for 12 years, but this was their first time in the SNOW together! So we documented it on film! Too fun! Enjoy!
