Papago Park
Papago Park is only 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix and is located right next door to the Phoenix Zoo. The sandstone buttes really make it unique. The trails are fairly moderate, making it a great location for couples who want the desert scenery without breaking too much of a sweat -- haha! The three small lakes give the park a little more diversity and the Botanical Garden is right around the corner! Click here to see more of this shoot at Papago Park.

Cave Creek
Cave Creek is a town north of Scottsdale, about 45 minutes from Phoenix. We love the unique desert landscapes throughout the neighborhoods surrounding The Boulders Resort. The mountains often resemble stacks of rocks and the desert plants are plentiful! Just make sure to wear good shoes, because there will be some hiking involved! Click here to see more engagement photos from the Boulders area in Cave Creek.

The Farm at South Mountain
South Mountain is a 17,000-acre park in Phoenix, Arizona with a beautiful desert landscape. The park itself is great for engagement shoots, but we personally LOVE The Farm just in front of the mountain. The Farm at South Mountain is an adorable venue for weddings and other events. The Farm is a perfect location if you are looking for a more lush, tree-filled location with less of a desert-feel. Click here to see more of this engagement shoot at The Farm at South Mountain.
