My friend Sarah reached out to me recently to introduce me to this sweet family who not long ago found out that their 11 month old daughter, Emma, was diagnosed with cancer. Ugh -- rip-your-heart-out-TOUGH. I can't even imagine how difficult that would be to hear. David and Jaclyn live out east but are in Phoenix for a short time as Emma goes through chemotherapy. They were hoping to get photos with their baby girl before she started chemo to document her sweetness and tiny cuteness at this stage. So we threw together a shoot on very short notice and ended up with a beautiful overcast, mild day on Camelback mountain. This family is SO SWEET and it was such a privilege to document their love for one another. You can click here to read more of their story and even donate a little toward their medical costs.
