Reed & Taylor were married two years ago today on 4.28.12 at Four Seasons Troon North in Scottsdale. You can click here to see their original wedding blog post.
Today, in honor of these two, I asked them if they would be willing to share their favorite wedding photo and why it's so meaningful to them. I always find this so interesting to see which images mean the most to each couple. This was Taylor's response:
"You did such an amazing job capturing our love for each other and the excitement and beauty of our wedding day. It’s hard to believe it’s already been two years since we got married! Our gorgeous wedding album sits on our coffee table and we look at it all the time, as do all of our guests. We have so many favorite photographs that it is impossible to pick just one. So here are a few of our favorites!
This first picture was taken shortly after our first look. We love it because you can see how genuinely happy we are to be marrying each other. Also, I love the way that I’m looking at Reed in the photo. I hope I look at him the same way 50 years from now.

The next two photographs illustrate the beauty of our wedding ceremony, venue, and the surrounding desert. While we were planning our wedding we fell in love with the Troon area. We love it so much that we have since built a house across the street from the Four Seasons.
I also love the look on our faces in this next photo as we walked back down the aisle and looked out at our family and friends and all those that have supported us as a couple.
This last pictures is Reed’s absolute favorite. With the busy schedule the day of the wedding, it’s easy to lose sight of what the day is truly about and why your friends and family have made the effort to share the day with you. This picture, taken seconds after we signed our marriage license, perfectly captures our 'we did it' moment.
All four of these pictures are so natural and show the day as it played out. None of them are staged or posed, which was what attracted us to your style of photography in the first place. Thank you for the lovely photos! We will forever be grateful."
Thank you so much for sharing Taylor! Happy Anniversary!
