Highlight of the week: Finally uniting these two cute couples from my promo video. They've each been married for four years and they each have a boy...and a girl -- who are right around the same ages. AND I adore them both. I have some of the best clients!
Yes, I did this:
1 -- Nearly fell asleep on the massage table during Massage Tuesday. If a massage chain offered a one-hour massage followed by a one-hour nap it would put all other massage chains out of business. That would be the bomb.
2 -- Vigilantly watched over my dog to make sure she didn't get her gigantic leg bandage wet. According to the vet who re-wrapped it for a second week, that would be the worst thing ever. So she is going on two weeks without a bath. I'm so sick of that thing -- I'm about ready to help her gnaw it off myself.
Got to enjoy this stunning arrangement that was dropped off by the wedding planner from last weekend's wedding after it was used in one of their centerpieces. What a fun surprise! It's still looking amazing and I'm contemplating replanting the succulents.
Celebrating: My friend Kindra's book launch! Kindra is a client-turned friend who is on my blog all the time and she just wrote her first book!!!! She is an amazingly talented storyteller and her book entitled "Otherwise Untold: A Collection of Stories Most People Would Keep to Themselves" is available for purchase here. I've read it and it is pure entertainment. But the thing that really puts it over the top, making it the best book ever is -- I shot the cover!! :)
Had a great Skype coaching session with a photographer out of South Dakota. I love that part of my job involves getting to know photographers from all over the county and talking about business and photography with them. Best. Job. Ever.
Feeling Blessed: I get this weekend off! The last three months have been a whirlwind and I'm THRILLED to have absolutely nothing on my calendar this weekend. Ahhhhh.
