Highlight of the week: Visiting sweet friends in South Carolina. I am SO blessed by Clay and Rhonda's friendship. I wish I could pack them up and take them home with me and insert them in the house next door. They're that great. But visiting them in Greenville is fun too I guess.
Yes, I did this:
1 -- Slept on an airplane with my mouth open.
2 -- Facetimed my dog. I love traveling but I miss this cutie way too much when I do.
I got to go to church for the first time in a two weeks and some friends I met one time years ago at a photo convention in another state came with me since they were in town visiting from Pennsylvania. Then we went to lunch and caught up. I was so encouraged by them and their faith. Score one for the internet and Facebook for helping friends to stay connected!
Celebrating: The opportunity to relax a bit in the middle of busy season.
I get to meet the Charlotte MJ2Day attendees in two days! I'm always nervous before each workshop. But I love that, by this time next week, I will have 13 new friends and that I get to be a part of each of their unique journeys!
Feeling Blessed: Downtown Greenville is SUCH a charming place. Rhonda and I went shopping and ate lunch outside with this view on the most gorgeous day. We shared two meals for lunch because we couldn't decide between them. And it was one of those moments I wish I could bottle up and relive again and again.
