This is the 4th year in a row that I've photographed this sweet family. Emily Edwards of Your Heart's Desire Weddings & Events is a talented wedding planner who has become a dear friend over the years.
Emily and her husband Brian have a sweet 5-year-old named Ella and are expecting baby number two in the Spring! Ella has been a challenge to photograph in years past, but this year she was all smiles, cute poses and sweetness. I was blown away! Emily and Brian's fortitude in making family portraits a priority every year has definitely paid off. I know family portraits can be tough on parents early on, but the more often they do them, the easier they get. I've seen it over and over again.
For this year's shoot, we explored Saguaro Ranch Park in Glendale. Emily is so pretty, and I I know this sounds weird, but I think she's especially pretty when she's pregnant:
