It's raining babies in my life and one of the newest additions is little Cameron, born to my clients-turned-friends Jessica and Dave. These two were married a year and a half ago and recently hosted the Annapolis MJ2Day in their gorgeous 2nd home in Annapolis (their 1st home is an apartment in NYC).
Last week, Jessica called me saying that she and Cameron were going to be stuck in Phoenix for a few days -- they weren't able to get a flight back to NYC due to hurricane Sandy. Both their NYC apartment and their Annapolis home weathered the storm well, thankfully, and Dave was trying to get back to NYC from Chicago, so Jessica and Cameron spent some welcome quality time at grandma & grandpa's home here in Phoenix.
I was so excited to get her call and have the chance to meet this sparkly new 2-month-old package:
