Frivolous: playful, lighthearted, trivial; the little things in life that should be savored.
Favorite Outfit of the Week -- Dress: Delias / Cardigan: J Crew / Heels: Steve Madden / Belt: Urban Outfitters / Earrings: Nordstrom
Highlight of the week: The Annapolis MJ2DAY. And more specifically, my 15-minute individual consultations with each attendee. I always do this at the end of the workshop to make sure each person has their questions answered and to be able to touch base with them and get their feedback on the workshop experience. So many of the attendees opened up and shared their hearts with me during this time and it just made me feel so grateful and honored to be a part of other people's journeys like this.
Yes, I did this:
1 -- Spilled a jamba juice smoothie in the airport and blamed Sara. She didn't stand for it.
2 -- Facetimed Dixie from Annapolis. Yes, I'm THAT kind of dog owner.
Talked non-stop for over 12 hours each of the workshop days, so I didn't have a lot of opportunities to document it with a camera. Sara did a great job updating instagr.am however. Check out the fun times here, here, here, and here.
Celebrating: Despite the possum in the AC fiasco, unreliable internet, and a rain day, the workshop was a huge success. Thankful for an awesome group of attendees and that God provided through it all.
If you are a photographer and didn't tune in yesterday, make sure to tune in today to Jared Platt's CreativeLive Lightroom Workshop. It's free if you watch it live, and it will really help you systematize and speed up your workflow!
Feeling Blessed: I have such a fulfilling job, I worked super-hard this week, and now I get the weekend off :).
