Yes, I did this:
1 -- Made National Donut Day an officially recognized company holiday.
2 -- Answered the door mid-workout and covered in sweat to find the publisher & art director of a local magazine dropping off complimentary copies. Ya, I try to keep it VERY real.
My favorite kind of doggie is a clean doggie. I just want to curl up and use her as a pillow after each bath. And I basically do.
Celebrating: Sunday marked the 10 year anniversary of my dad's aneurysm. Not really a celebration-worthy event, but it was definitely a life-changing day and I'm thankful for the 10 years we've continued to be blessed with his presence.
Sara & I are catching a flight tomorrow to get ready for the MJ2DAY that starts in Annapolis Monday! This is my 10th workshop and I'm still super-nervous. Ahh! But I love it! Can't wait to meet all the talented photographers who want to take their businesses to the next level!
Feeling Blessed: I know I say it all the time, but I have the best job! LOVE the relationships I get to build as a result of what I do. Did two Skype coaching sessions with photographers in CA and FL -- both already established in their businesses but looking to take them to the next level. I would talk to other photographers about their businesses every day if I could. Also got to meet with a local DJ and his sweet wife for lunch. They have a son who was diagnosed with autism 6 months ago. My sister came along and we were just so blessed to be able to connect with one another and encourage one another. Yep, I'm exceedingly blessed.
