Frivolous: playful, lighthearted, trivial; the little things in life that should be savored.

Favorite Outfit of the Week: Striped shirt: Boden / Rust ruffle jacket: Anthropologie / Skinny jeans: Loft / Boots: Nordstrom / Necklace: Etsy

Managed to make it to 35 years old without a speeding ticket. My streak ended this week. Or so I thought, until my sister reminded me that I got a photo radar ticket awhile back. Let's just pretend that doesn't count.

Highlight of the week: Installed this beauty in Victoria Canada's new office. Nine canvases with detail shots from Chris & Breanne's gorgeous wedding last September. Victoria worked so hard on those details and I LOVED being able to help her show off her fabulous work. This canvas grouping was one of those things that came together so easily because it was just meant to be. Love when that happens.

Yes, I did this:
1 -- Spent practically a whole work day booking travel for three upcoming trips. Why does it always take so long?
2 -- Ate at my favorite Mexican restaurant -- Serranos -- twice this week. I always order one chicken flauta with guacamole and then devour the free bean dip and salsa (preferably mixed together) as my appetizer, side dish and dessert. CAN'T GET ENOUGH.

Celebrating: Talked on the phone with the executive manager of Photojunction/Queensberry in New Zealand. Photojunction is the completely free software I use to design my albums. There was a major glitch with the software that was making it difficult to use my templates and he agreed to alter the software -- a MAJOR win that I was jumping up and down thanking Jesus for. Not only is Photojunction cool because it's free and everyone you talk to has a New Zealand accent, but they LISTEN. They are a model for all other businesses of great customer service.

A random guy in the produce section initiated a conversation with me about how he's exploring solar energy and has mastered lunar energy. At one point he said that everyone has a moon in their brain. He kept talking. When I finally had an opening I wished him luck while walking away. I was at a loss. Still shaking my head at that one.

Feeling Blessed: Every day presents a new adventure, and at the same time, enough of the familiar to know that I am loved and equipped to face the challenges.
