I'm so thrilled to be participating in Thirst Relief's mentor auction this year! Thirst Relief is a non-profit organization that I've been partnering with for years. Their mission is to provide clean drinking water to those in need around the world. They are able to provide a clean water source for one person for life for only $5!!! I love giving to this organization, because I KNOW my money is making a huge difference.

Each year, Thirst Relief partners with the photography community to raise money. Photographers auction off 90-minute mentoring sessions along with various other prizes and the full amount paid by the highest bidders goes directly to Thirst Relief to bring clean water to those in the world who would die without it. Last year, the sponsors and 90 mentors who participated in the Mentor Auction raised more than $40,700, which directly provided 8,147 people with clean water! I love it because it's such a win-win situation -- the photography community is improved through the sharing of knowledge and lives are saved at the same time!

This year, I'm up for auction! I'm giving away a 90 min. mentoring session (valued at $225), plus your choice of either a set of my Photojunction album design templates ($150 value) or blog collage templates ($99 value).

In addition, the generous sponsors of the mentor auction are giving away the following:

- ShowIt: ALL winning bidders get $100.00 PASS credit (ShowIt's new cloud service)
- Kelly Moore Bags: Top 5 bidders get bag of their choice
- Kubota Image Tools: Top 5 bidders get a Viva La Vintage Pak
- Lens Skins: Top 10 bidders get skin of their choice
- Think Tank Photo: Top 2 bidders get free camera bag
- ActionRunner: ALL winning bidders receive free download of ActionRunner software

The auction is currently live on Ebay and will go until tomorrow -- November 17th -- at 11pm EST. You can bid on me by clicking here. And click here to see the full list of mentors!
