Before every wedding I ask my clients, "What is the most important thing to you about your wedding photos?" The answers vary from, "I want to be able to remember all the details of the day," to "I just want to look natural and like the best version of me." When I asked Maureen what was most important to her about her photos she responded, "I would like for you to capture our love for each other. How we enjoy every minute together."
They met on plentyoffish.com. Maureen saw Dale's photo and was taken by his smile. And when they met in person there was a gentleness about him that drew her in. Dale loved to hear her laugh. No matter where they went or what they were doing, Maureen and Dale never lost sight of how wonderful it was to simply BE...together.

Needless to say, it was not a difficult task...
Dale & Maureen brought their four children and closest family and friends down to Arizona from chilly Canada for a destination wedding. It was an amazing day filled with so much fun and love.

Maureen's daughter helped her into her dress:
Maureen looked gorgeous:
During portrait time, Dale was like a giddy teenager with his bride:
They were so sweet together:
I love that they brought these mittens down from Canada. They brought the goofy side out of the family during family portraits:
Maureen's son walked her down the aisle to the music of bagpipes:
The ceremony was chalk full of laughter:
And the elated couple was finally pronounced husband and wife!
The reception took place at Maureen's brother's gorgeous home in Scottsdale:
