Where do I start with these two? Dave and Jessica hired me back in 2010 to photograph their New York City Engagement Session followed by their Scottsdale Wedding. Since then, I've been blessed to continue to have them in my life as they hosted one of my workshops in their gorgeous Annapolis home, and Jessica started her own photography business. Now we see each other regularly at conferences and always get together for lunch whenever they're in town visiting family. Most recently, they hosted me in their home in Rye, New York when I flew out to photograph Alex & Katie's engagement photos last month. While there, I got to spend time with their sweet family of four, explore Manhattan with Jess, and see a broadway show. It was SO fun to be in NYC in the fall and I felt so blessed to be able to stay with these clients-turned-friends right around the 5th anniversary of when I first came out to shoot their engagement photos -- back when we were all just kids -- haha!
Of course we had to take this amazing opportunity to get Jess and Dave back in front of my camera, and capture their cuteness again...this time on FILM! This stunning location was only a 2 minute drive from their home. Can you even believe these fall colors?? For me this was epic because we have nothing even close to this in Phoenix. Our early morning shoot was a quick one -- we squeezed it in before Dave had to head off to work -- but here are a few of my favorites:
