Crystal & Andy are a classic “opposites attract” love story. He’s an extrovert who loves to joke and who makes friends everywhere he goes; she’s an introvert who is often more comfortable with numbers and logic than with emotion. He’s a Gryffindor; she’s a Hufflepuff. They’re even a contrast physically — he’s a tall blond, while she’s a petite brunette.
But somehow -- whether despite their differences or because of them -- these two are perfect for one another! When I asked them about what makes them unique as a couple, Crystal said, "We have agreed to step out of our shoes, and make an effort to see the other's perspective on a situation. " Andy added, “I love that we balance each other out.”
I love that about them, too! It was such a joy to shoot Andy & Crystal’s engagement shoot in Sedona, and to get a chance to capture their incredible connection on film. Here are a few of my favorite images:
