Heather & Dana's romance started with the phrase, "So, I hope this isn't super creepy, but ..." You see, Dana was out at a concert with his college friend David, when David took a moment to scroll through his Instagram feed. As he scrolled, a post from Heather came across his feed. In the middle of an Elton John concert, Dana just stopped and stared at the girl on his buddy's Instagram. Dana didn't know Heather at all, but from that first glimpse on his friend's phone, he knew he wanted to! He asked David who she was and sent Heather a Facebook message. (Hence his opening phrase.)
Dana was going to be in LA that winter, and he was hoping to meet up with Heather while he was there. Heather agreed ... but warned him that she would be bringing her pepper spray. :) Safe to say, Heather did not need to pepper spray Dana! And the pair didn't even have to wait to meet until Dana's LA trip. After 3 weeks of talking, Heather traveled to Boston for a wedding, and she met up with Dana. They shared an epic first date that went from breakfast at 7:00am to a full walking tour of Boston, paddle boating, dinner, bowling and late night movie. From that first date, they knew that they were meant for each other!
After spending time with Heather & Dana, it's so easy to believe that they fell in love on their first date! These two are so in sync, and it was a blessing to watch them join their lives together! Here are a few of my favorite photos from their wedding day:
