Frivolous: playful, lighthearted, trivial; the little things in life that should be savored.

Favorite Outfit of the Week -- Dress: Boden / Gray flip-flops: Aldo / Headband: J Crew

Highlight of the week: Having my neighbors over for dinner turned into them having me over for dinner AND sending me home with food one other night. My fridge has more food on it's shelves than it normally sees in weeks. I don't know if Amber is feeling sorry for me now that she's tasted my cooking, but whatever the reason, somehow I'm ending up with the better end of this deal.

Yes, I did this:
1 -- Took multiple naps this week. Feeling so lazy and I'm blaming it on the heat. Yes I am.
2 -- Had no problem nearly single-handedly finishing off the pan of brownies from Sunday night's dinner.

Took my cute nephew Noah to Sunsplash -- a local waterpark -- for a day. My friend Julie brought 4 boys ages 5-12 to join us. To fully appreciate the merits of a waterpark, one should always bring a hoard of pre-teen boys, I'm convinced. Much fun was had. And I realized, it's probably about time to replace the bikini I purchased before the cruise I took 4 1/2 years ago.

Celebrating: It's been 4 months since the launch of Align Album Design and we have nearly 40 clients. This week alone, we designed 10 albums. SUPER-excited about the growth we've seen and what the future holds! I know it's crazy-busy season for most of you photographers out there, and we'd love to help you out by taking this huge task off your plate! Hit us up for 1/2 off your first design!

Met up at one of my favorite local restaurants with Veronica -- one of my sweet brides from this spring. SO flattered when clients still want to hang out after their weddings and it was fun catching up over sangrias!

Feeling Blessed: My entire recap of this week revolved around food, napping, and lounging on a lazy-river, and somehow I have managed to escape resembling a beached whale. Thankful for that, but I definitely see quality time with Ernie in my future.
