As part of my effort to complete #69 on my 101 in 1001 list - Update the bio page of my website with new photos of me yearly - I got in front of the camera last week. But I didn't get in front of just any camera. I got in front of the amazingly talented Promise Tangeman's camera. This girl blows me away. She just oozes creativity and I'm always inspired and uplifted being in her presence.
I decided if I was going to be in front of a camera, I wanted to do everything possible to increase my chances of being cute. So I hired the dream team:
Tina Burnham - hair & make-up
Alex Evjen - styling
I've never been styled before. A stylist is something celebrities hire, right?! Well, I'm now a believer. So much so that I'm trying to figure out how to make all my portrait clients hire Alex for all my future shoots :).
I met up with Promise and Alex at The Grove in Chandler for the shoot and we had SO MUCH FUN. Promise had me posing like the model I'm not in no time.
Here's a few of my faves. Promise and I were joking that these will be good for my country music album. All I have to do now is record some songs :).
