News! Ireland: the neighbors

This is the cute house (back view) we're staying in for the week and where the workshop is taking place. And these are our neighbors:

They live right over the fence from us and we've had a few chats so far. Very cute as sheep come. Here's a few more shots from around the property:

It's SO unbelievably gorgeous here. I think I love it so much because it is the polar opposite of everything that is Arizona. Not that I don't also love Arizona--it's great. But when you're used to brown and constant sunshine, green and overcast with sheep next door is a pleasant change. Everyone gets in tomorrow and we start full force on Monday morning. So we spent the day pulling some last-minute logistics together, retrieving my suitcase (yay! fresh breath never felt sweeter) and grocery shopping for the week. There will be nine of us total and I made sure we had enough fruit.

And the huge vat of what appears to be "real mayonnaise" is actually extremely delicious vegetable soup that we had for lunch and then ordered 10 servings worth for take-out :).
