Sarah of Sarah's Garden
I can imagine that while planning a wedding it must be a little overwhelming to choose between so many vendors for such an important day! I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and personable vendors in the wedding industry, and I love to help my clients out whenever possible in creating a stellar vendor team. I frequently refer my clients to professionals I have worked with who I truly believe will do an amazing job for them by sharing my Favorite Vendors List. I also like to occasionally brag on each of them more in depth.

Today, meet Sarah of Sarah's Garden! Sarah is an amazing florist with a flair for design and a fresh, natural style. I've been blessed to photograph Sarah's floral creations on several occasions, and they are always gorgeous and memorable!

Here is a little Q & A to help us get to know Sarah a little better. Read her answers below each question:

1. How long have you been a florist?
I've been a florist for 20 years, but Sarah's Garden has been in business for 5 years.

2. What got you interested in starting your business?
Really, it was wanting to serve brides and couples! I see each couple's desire to have a special, unique, and memorable wedding ceremony & celebration, and I'm passionate to help make that desire a reality.

3. What do you feel sets you apart from other florists in the wedding industry?
I consider flowers an artistic medium, and I strive to create something unique every time -- a new artwork for each client and event. So I'm always striving to stay fresh, rather than re-creating the same arrangements over and over.

4. Many florists seem to work individually. Do you prefer that, or do you like working as a team?
I adore working with a team of freelancers who come with fresh ideas and enthusiasm! It's the best of both worlds!

5. What do you enjoy most about working in the wedding industry?
The community and camaraderie is amazing! I love the way we support one another. And I appreciate the way we share a desire to work with loving couples and families.

6. When meeting with brides who don’t know much about flowers, what is the biggest tip you find yourself giving them?
That the "feeling" that the flowers will bring to their wedding is the most important thing, not so much the individual details of them.

7. What current trend in wedding flowers do you personally like the most?

8. Any fun-facts that we should really know that would contribute even more to your coolness?
I have moved about 30 times in my life! I've lived in four different US states AND Mexico.
Wow, that's a lot of moving! I'm so grateful that you've landed in Phoenix, Sarah! Thank you for taking the time to share with us today!
